If you have a virtual tour for your listings you can host a Virtual Broker Open House!
 
 

Benefits: Get more exposure and feedback for your listings by hosting a Virtual Broker Open House. The typical broker open house expenses consist of travel time, time away from the office, refreshments and door prizes without any guaranteed turnout. When you make your broker open house virtual you open the door to have hundreds of local agents and brokers preview your listing.

 

Facts: Most agents and brokers are too busy or are not willing to spend their time at a broker open house, but they may visit a virtual one as it only takes the time to watch the virtual home tour and respond with feedback without ever having to leave the office. These agents in turn may even have a buyer looking for a home in the area to forward your virtual tour to. Door prizes offer an incentive for agents and brokers to visit your open house, which could be at no cost to you if a local lender is willing to sponsor your open house. 

 

How it works: Create an informative-eye cathcing flyer with pictures and details of your listing and virtual home tour link. Send a mass email of the customized flyer to agents. When agents reply by email with feedback they are then entered into the door prize drawing (responding email addresses should be recorded at this time). Once the Virtual Broker Open House period is over the agent or broker will be chosen for the door prize drawing (responding agents & brokers). Another mass email should be sent out to all responding agents and brokers thanking them for their participation and announce the winner of the door prize.

 

Fee: $15.00 (Includes: flyer creation with links and initial mass email to other agents)

 

* Agent or broker would need to supply property pictures, property highlights, MLS number(s), price and virtual tour address for the link. Full payment must be made upon client approval of the flyer proof and before the mass email is sent out.

 

Optional: $10.00 Responding email address tracking and final announcement email

 

* Agent or broker would have to provide access to their email or supply me with the responding agent and broker email addresses

Terms

 

 A signed contract with the specifics of each project is required before beginning

 

Hourly rate for administrative projects & search engine marketing : $17.00

 

Invoices are due upon receipt

 

Mileage Rate 0.58 cents per mile

 

Website projects require a deposit of $100.00 to start and the remaining
 
balance would be due upon final changes and approval from the client

 

 

Invoices will reflect reimbursement for expenses associated with each project

 

Final proofreading and approval on all projects is the responsibility of the client

 

Some additional project charges may apply (rush service, after hours)
